The staff were very helpful with directions,food suggestions ,activity suggestions.The hotel is in a very cool area It is busy out front of the hotel due to the East side Gallery(which was amazing). Young urban ,on the Spree ,outdoor flee markets close to restaurants,transportation, grocery and cafes. Walkable to Alexanderplatz.The free laundry was such a gift. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay.

The self contained apartment was great for a longer stay. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the east train station which allowed easy access via the U and S lines. Free laundry was greatly appreciated.

Loved our stay at Locke East Side Gallery- the room was excellent, with a beautiful balcony and a great view. Really made you feel like you had your own little apartment in Berlin. Easy walking distance to the nearest U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations along the historic Wall and river, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Would definitely go back and stay there again!
