The hotel was good, bed very comfortable only thing wrong, the restaurant was not open for evening meal and after exploring the Xmas markets it would have been nice to have a meal at night, they did however have a limited bar menu.

The air conditioning not working, room was very warm and hard to sleep in. Had to have window open but street was extremely loud all night. Did not have any good sleep there for the whole week. When asked, the staff just said air con not working so will have to leave window open! Mattress quite firm/ hard as well. Breakfast was ok but nothing special, eggs often cold. Staff were friendly though. Room also smaller than we expected, I dont usually like to leave negative feedback but this was far from the standard we paid for.

En el Hotel la experiencia fue muy buena. Sin embargo en el bar del hotel la atencion fue mala, nos teniamos que levantar cada vez para ordenar algo y no indican a que hora cierran la cocina.

An okay hotel
An okay budgetbat a good price. There is a pool but it is very small. Breakfast is fine and quite basic. Nothing to remember and nothing to forget. I visited better IHG hotels.

Clean Hotel, but location and amenities lacking
It was ok. The area was ok, but there wasn’t much going on, other than the zoo. We were there on a Sunday and most everything in the area was closed. Luckily we found a kabob place that accepted credit cards. The lobby restaurant way way overpriced at $24 for a burger. The room was nice and clean, but you could hear everything outside the door, in the hallway. The room only had instant coffee in the room, no complimentary water, no mini bar, no free coffee in the lobby. You had to pay for coffee outside of breakfast, which was an additional charge. But, the breakfast was very good and worth it. They also charged an extra $10 for 2 people booking 1 room. Overall, since we only had to stay there for one night, it was alright. It was definitely a letdown for a IHG property.

En general muy bueno
El hotel es muy bonito con buena ubicación la atención del personal es muy amable y te ofrecen comodidades para tu estancia el único detalle que no me gustó es que el área de la regadera tiene moho en las paredes las cortinas lucen sucias y algunas manchas en las paredes de la habitación, en general el servicio de limpieza general es bueno pero creo que hay detalles de limpieza que deberias considerar.
