Seems very clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful person at the check-in office. Great value. I would definitely stay here again. Just a bit of sound of traffic on the busy road—I’m sure it will die down soon.

great bang for the buck

A good clean basic room. Doesn’t look like much on the outside, but we’ve never had a bad experience here and will probably continue to use them.

Great spot, felt like a safe neighborhood, gas station and restaurants nearby on the sameblock of the street -it was overall perfect!

Has shady occupants yelling f-bombs at guests and making paying customers uncomfortable. Front desk manager doesn’t care. Don’t stay anywhere south of Franklin.

It was a very nice stay and convenient to where I needed to go while staying in Bend, Oregon. The room was very clean. It was nice to have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and small table and chairs to eat at or work from. Not a huge fan of the blow dryer (I have long hair and the smaller dryers my hair gets caught in the fan part of the blowdryer) but great that there was one. The latch lock broke on my door the last night there but there was back up chain lock which was helpful.
