Very convenient location for us and very nice to have the airport shuttle! The floors in our room were weirdly squishy and noisy; they obviously weren't installed correctly. No iron in our room but there was an ironing board. Everything else was fine!

Convenient central city location. Two minutes walk from the Grand Opera House, the famous Crown Inn as well as the Europa Bus Station. Very welcoming reception and concierge staff. Attractive decor throughout the hotel. Comfortable and spacious accommodation with a great view of the city from a high floor as per my request.

Somewhat disappointed with the room.
Great location, close to center of city. Nice lobby, bar and restaurants. Clean updated room but very small. No where to put luggage except on window sill. Glass bathroom with no privacy! No where in bathroom to put toiletries or to hang towels or clothes. Nowhere to sit in the room except on the bed.
