The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast every day as well as water, snacks, and coffee. Great location being walking distance from downtown Bar Harbor and a short drive to Acadia. Would definitely stay her again!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had driven to the town for food. We can’t walk 15-20min in cold weather to the town. Otherwise everything is good.

Rooms were very clean and updated staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had were that our rooms were damp not sure if it was from the rain the couple days we were there . Our sheets felt wet . Other than that great stay.

Updated and convenient

It is an older building but the rooms and bathrooms have been updated. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. It's an easy walk to downtown. We didn't move our vehicle until we went into Acadia. The office staff was helpful and very friendly.

Location to downtown Bar Harbor was excellent- only about a 10-12 minute walk . Reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Motel had a continental breakfast in the morning along with snack bars, water , and orange juice available all day complimentary for guests which was nice and convenient. Area was quiet and outdoor tables and chairs were nice for relaxing after a long day. Would recommend

the hotel is cutting corners. no coffee machine in room, i do not care that you offer it in the lobby. i do not want to get dressed and hike it to the lobby. the dead bolt on the door, did not work... there are no curtains. just a pull down shade. the sun/light coming into the room, woke me at dawn. not good...the remote to the tv did not work. they offered me a replacement, and asked if i wanted to program it. really... and this generic remote did not have a guide channel, so i had to go thru every channel to see what was on. finally, the last channel was a non info guide. i wont come back till i know upgrades have been met.

Lets see, my honest review is.....extra fees per dog $40 each. Breakfast was danish, fruit or cereal. Tea and coffee available. Room was basic. Price was reasonable. Beds comfy. Good pressure in shower. Ground floor you can hear every step above you. Kept my dogs awake all night which made for zero sleep. Not much of area for dogs but there is bits of grass. Location was great as you can walk to town. Some spots of the parking lot you CAN see the ocean☺️ I will stay again as long as Im not on ground floor. Staff did not seem happy.
