They had a washer/dryer in the unit. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Tried to cancel and refund remaining 3 nights after the first night and they refused. Free breakfast was so bad that we did it once and then paid to eat elsewhere the other mornings. Checked out early and paid for a new hotel elsewhere to get out of that sketchy neighborhood and hard bed.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Close walk to the sky train. The included breakfast was exceptional - lots of western and Thai options with the best pancakes I have ever had. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very large.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was awesome. If we needed anything, they reacted immediately. Mr. Joe, Chil,.Ms.Pat provided excellent customer service. There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. You must try their amazing baked cheesecake and cappuccino. Also, check in with the staff when getting a car hen checking out. They were extremely helpful with this. This property is great for families and business trips We will be coming back again, for sure.

The property was located in a pretty quiet spot m, away from all the hustle and noise from center Bangkok! Overall, great stay but definitely need to call Taxi to access the main attractions! There’s plenty of dining options around the hotel!

The property is unremarkable from the out side but inside everything is excellent, including the friendly and helpful staff. Our small suite was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooftop pool was nice, and the breakfast buffet and omelettes to order were good also.
