Only parking available for this hotel is valet for a price, no self park or free parking! Would have rated higher, however there was no hot water on 2nd night with both rooms I rented. Otherwise the stay was great. Front desk gave option of changing rooms, however kids asleep at 930 a night was not going to move them. They offered free stuff from store,

Family of teens in Austin for the weekend

Our family ended up going to Austin last minute nd had to find a hotel pretty quickly. We got there and decided it would be pretty cramped to fit all 5 of us in one room. Went downstairs to talk to front desk asking to get connecting rooms. It took a minute but they gave us two connecting rooms for a great price. Very friendly and located well in downtown. I would stay here again.

Austin a great city to visit!

Very nice and comfortable stay. No everyday cleaning and leaving of supplies. Had to ask but were quick in bringing to room. Pleasant staff. Hotel close to restaurants. Parking at hotel and all hotels is very expensive, which you need to be aware of as it adds to your nightly stay. Pleasant time and would stay again at hotel and in Austin.
