Bad communication, bad service
The condo hotel is operated separately from the actual hotel running the front desk. Their communication is of a threatening, unfriendly nature where we were left feeling like our reservation might be canceled if we didn’t fill in the form from a link by 2pm. We weren't able to fill it out timely because the link wasn't working. The front desk told us there's nothing they can do without the form since it's a separate business. I called them and was told they were aware the link wasn't working and their IT team was working on it. The front desk offered to hold our bags because we planned to leave them and go to lunch, but with the threats of cancelation we were left feeling we couldn't trust leaving our bags so we sat in the lobby for an hour. We never heard back from them that they fixed the link so I tried repeatedly and finally got everything filled out and the deposit that costs twice as much as the room paid. Once we got to our room the maid walked right in to clean, this was after the 4pm check-in time. She did a quick, halfway cleaning job and left. Afterward we noticed each bathroom had 1 washcloth and we had 3 people. We tried to get more but with the 2 businesses not working together we weren't able to. Nice place, bad service and communication. I gave them 3 weeks to respond to my message to them about our experience before posting this, they never responded which leads me to think they don't really care. Won't stay here again.

Amazing view BUT: the place wasn't properly cleaned. Leaky and nasty toilet brush in both bathrooms, french fries and food stains on the balcony. Rest assured we shared that with the host prior to writing a review but got zero feedback. It was very confusing because prior to check in there were numerous texts, emails and reminders but after we shared our complaints: nothing! The view is amazing though and that was what we held on too.

Overall a great stay. The property’s decor was beautiful and it was really clean. Loved the kitchen amenities. The only thing is that there is no housekeeping at all and with the property named “hotel”, the expectation was that we would get some level of housekeeping during our 5-day stay. We arrived with quite a few bath towels and sheets inside of the dryer and we weren’t sure what to do with them, so we ended up being our own housekeeping and folding them up and putting them in the bathroom. (That said, there were clean towels in the bathroom and clean sheets on the bed. Perhaps, the cleaners forgot to take the extras out of the dryer.) I did ask reception about housekeeping and they gave me a number to text to which I never got a reply to. Other than that, the property is great! The pool is amazing and I do recommend for families.

If you are traveling to Austin, this is the place to stay! Quiet, clean, located downtown with walking distance to Rainey Street. After exploring the Austin area we could not wait to get back to our cozy condo. We upgraded to to the Comfort Condo which was decorated Texas style with a modern twist...worth every penny! Rooftop pool and lounge area makes you not want to leave, with a fireplace and relaxing music - don't forget to grab a coffee from the specialty bar downstairs and catch the sunrise on the rooftop area! Every area of this condo hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. We would suggest valet for your vehicle...it's worth it! The guys working valet were so nice, opened my door for me everytime, and even had great suggestions for things to do in the area. Checkin and checkout process was so easy, and our deposit was returned to us by the next day after checkout. This will be our go to hotel anytime we are in Austin in the future!

First it's not a hotel, we got there early but we had to wait till exacly checking time, we were seen at the condo lobby resteraunt or lounge, we had electrical issues in the apartment but you cant call anyone and when you do noone answered, one of the bedrooms had broken bottol of shampoo, when I sent the email the next day noone responded to the email overal not a good experiance.
