First, the hotel is in the perfect location near the airport. That’s pretty much it as far as this hotel goes. We parked in the back to see a male who was suspiciously walking around the property. We get in our room and the shower grout is dirty and the towels weren’t very clean. When we finally went to bed, our room wreaked of cigarette smoke. We have no idea where it was coming from but it almost seemed as though someone was smoking in their room and that the smoke was leaking into our room. Lastly, as we left the hotel out the back of the hotel there was a female trying to light a joint after a male quickly walked away from her after he saw us. The facility could blow away other hotels, if only they improved their security and tried a little harder on the upkeep. I would not recommend.

I booked my stay a month in advance! I called the hotel to request early checkin and to request adjoining rooms. I was advised that once the note was left on my reservation we would be guaranteed to have adjoining rooms but early checkin would be first come. I was due to check in on the afternoon on 8/8. While traveling to the hotel I got an alert around 7am that the hotel tried to charge me the fee for incidentals! Upon calling the hotel I asked why my card was ran prior to my arrival and couldn't get an answer that made sense. I inquired about early checkin again and was told I just needed to go to the front desk and I needed to arrive before 6pm. I arrived at the hotel at 11:40 and went to the front desk and was told that They sold out of rooms for early checkin and adjoining rooms. I was traveling with friends and put my of my friends as the secondary on the reservation for the second room that she was staying in and for my entire stay I received text notifications on my phone addressed to her asking how her stay was going and if she needed anything! Not once did I receive any messages asking me about my stay. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The couch and floor had stains. The pillows were flat and had to be stacked 3 high just to get a decent fluffy pillow. The loops on the shower curtain were torn on both ends and only being held up by the center loops so the curtain couldn't be closed all the way. More to add, out of space! Stay elsewhere!

This hotel was nice, but man was it interesting to get to. The area around the Atlanta airport isn't the best area in the city. Traffic is a nightmare, and there isn't a lot of places to bring a family with young children to sit down and eat. The hotel was quite a bit off of any main streets, but didn't offer a hotel restaurant.

Excellent place near ATL airport
This is an excellent place to stay located near ATL Hartsfield airport. The place is top-notch, a rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The ability to park my car long-term during a trip and use the hotel shuttle to and from the airport is the icing on the cake. I've never had a chance to try the lounge or the restaurant, because I'm usually arriving late and getting up at the crack of dawn for an early flight. Hoping to try the restaurant at some point, but I highly recommend this hotel!

Very sensible lodging for the business traveler. Modern and super clean rooms, lots of lighting options for the mood. Convenient bar and restaurant in the lobby. The grilled salmon was excellent and a good value for the portion size. A pool would have been nice.

I like that it is close to the airport and the pick-up shuttle is good. Food Is microwaved, not fresh and Bar is in poor condition. Should Focus on better food Service. The only concern is revenue. However, there is a lack of clean windows, carpet stains, furniture is worn and dirty. Our Sheets had stains as well as the mattress. So disgusting. I will never come back to this Hotel.
