Staff fails to give instructions on the room cleaning/service policy. When they finally did, it came in a "it's your fault" tone. Waited at the front desk for someone on two occasions for more than ten minutes. The room was fine but the stay was not ideal.

Not a good stay. No one was at the desk at checkin for 15 min. Room smelled horrible. Random charge on my bill that was not mine. I am a frequent traveler and this was a very poor experience.

The check in staff was so rude. I use to stay in this area 4x per month and did Hilton Garden Inn. I regret not staying there this time

I recently stayed at this property twice, once going to Florida and the other time a week later coming back. I had never been through this part of Georgia before, so it was all new to me. I was impressed by the location of the hotel and how safe it was. It was very close to dining as well as shopping. The hotel itself was extremely clean. The bedding was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was amazing. The room was spacious. The first time I stayed on the third floor and it was so quiet. The second time I stayed on the first floor and my only complaint was , my neighbors above me stomping heavily. Overall, I was more than satisfied and will definitely come back on my next trip through the area. The staff was very welcoming when I checked in and out and even texted me a couple hours after I checked in. Definitely worth the money.
