My finca is located near artà but in an absolutely gorgeous natural scenery.
Large pool, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, boulevard, basketball court, lawn chess, table tennis, billiards, poker table, kicker apparatus, several terraces, big tables, hanging chairs, 4 tvs, internet, dog kennels
There are 4 bedrooms en suite and 4 bathrooms. A fifth bedroom without its own bathroom.

Great stay, will almost certainly be back
We were pleased with the property, and didn't feel the photos had done it justice. A very happy weekend here enjoying the peaceful location and how easy it was to get into town or over to the beach for the afternoon. Hartmut was a very good egg, communication was easy.

Eine schöne Finca, aber in die Jahre gekommen
Wir haben im August-24 einen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Finca gehabt. Die Finca liegt wunderschön und sehr ruhig in der unmittelbaren Nähe von Arta. Das Grundstück ist riesig, der Pool ist sehr groß und schön und entspricht den Bildern. Die Finca selbst ist ansprechend, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ist nicht sehr gepflegt bis heruntergekommen. Der Eigentümer ist gut erreichbar und reagierte auch schnell auf Beschwerden, aber wir mussten fast täglich mit ihm in Kontakt treten um Mängel zu beheben. Wir hatten mehrfach Stromausfall, der Grill, einige Stühle und die Waschmaschine waren defekt. Der Vermieter hat auf Anruf dann reagiert und Handwerker geschickt oder die defekten Dinge ausgetauscht. Leider hat die Finca keine Klimaanlage.

Mixed feelings
+ The house is very pleasant, much better than in the pictures. Lots of space and calm. Swimming pool is clean - The reception was not what we expected, we had to wait more than 1 hour to be able to enter in the house. Even though we had given notice of our arrival time with several messages, but apparently according to the owner "he manages several restaurants so he doesn't have time to read the messages". Just after booking the house, we asked if we can do a late check out (until 2 or 3pm), he said yes no problem. But one day before our departure, he asked us to leave at 11.30am, we dind't wanted to talk with him so we just left. House is not very clean, we had to rewash cutlery and plates. We found an old toothbrush in our bathroom.

Agréable maison
Au calme avec une jolie vue, à proximité d'Artà qui est une petite ville animée et agréable, et à 10-15 mn de plusieurs jolies plages. Maison spacieuse avec une belle piscine, agréable séjour de bon rapport qualité prix. Propriétaire sympathique et réactif en cas de besoin.
