Our stay was perfect very welcoming and accomodating. We had a high chair and travel cot in the appartment on arrival. Everything we needed was there. Fantastic reception staff. The apartment was split level with a large balcony complete with sunbeds overlooking the pool. Kitchen area well kitted out, comfortable sofa and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants.

Pool was excellent. They need to sort out people leaving towels on sunbeds and disappearing for hours. Virtually all day no sunbeds were available. Our comfort 1 bedroom duplex was excellent with good size balcony.

Property was really nice with singers and good food to entertain, other pubs and restaurant near by, Taxi 8 euros to Adeje and nice walk if you dont mind wslking to los Cristianos

A Gem!

Really happy with my family stay at Las Claveles, laid back and calm atmosphere, excellent and helpful staff in the hotel and in the bar and restaurant, Beer and food in the pool bar always delicious and very reasonably priced, Complex is a bit older and that can show around the the hotel and rooms but that can be forgiven for how excellent the prices are for the stay, food and drink (I've stayed in a lot more expensive 4 - 5 star Hotels in Tenerife and have had a fair less enjoyable stay than I had in Los Claveles, standard of food and pleasantness of staff is 5 star here) I would highly recommend for anyone on a budget, looking at a last minute deal or just wants a generally relaxing and nice break away, particularly if you are already familiar with Los Cristianos I will return
