The night clerk was very helpful with our late check-in. He was willing to accommodate us and explain everything. Thank you so much!!!
Also, the facilities, swimming pool, sauna and steam room were top notch!

This was a very nice hotel in a good location of Strasbourg. 5-10 minute walk to old town. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly for the most part. With the exception of one of the front desk staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi worked well. There was a grocery store right next to the hotel which was nice for picking up food for excursions out of the city. Parking is close to the hotel, but was not cheap.

We only stayed one night, but we were able to maximize our stay thanks to its location!
We were able to easily walk to all the attractions like Notre Dame and Petite France while also being right across the street from the train station.
Beds were comfortable, rooms were smartly updated and staff was super helpful. Not to mention, my husband LOVED their coffee machine.
