The receptionist and manager forced me to upgrade because I have a child (who does not need extra bed) so I did and I paid the upgrade fees in cash at check in. They gave me a receipt that shows only part of my cash payment (for one night) when they forced me to pay for all the nights and I did. At check out, they asked me to pay for the upgrade fees again for the remaining nights because the receipt only shows I paid for one night. I should have checked the receipt carefully but I never expected them to be such a fraud. I ended up paying double of what I should have paid for the room upgrade which was forced to begin with. I paid in cash so I don’t have proof other than the wrong amount on the receipt. Also, there was no hot water in the shower and thry couldn’t fix it the entire night. I showered in cold water then tried to sleep wearing my jacket as I was freezing. Argued with them the whole night to fix the hot water and didn’t get any sleep at all.
