We were on the fourth floor and the air conditioner on the roof was very loud. We were offered a room change but we had already unpacked. If they knew about the problem why book someone in the room if options are available.

We had a late check in due to travel and it took the staff over an hour to get a travel crib to our room for our 18 month old daughter. The staff was kind and friendly, but it was a frustrating experience given that I was told I could nor reserve a crib in advance of our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, from front desk, breakfast service, and housekeeping. Our room was very spacious and we even got a full size crib. It was so nice to enjoy a daily hot tub soak and cool off in the pool. There were a wide variety of breakfast options each day as well. We would definitely return.

Second time staying at this hotel. Easy access, short trip to Saratoga Springs, with easy access to the freeway or take a nice ride up route 9. Several restaurants close by. Nice clean rooms with breakfast.
