"We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton. Great location, great staff always willing to help. The access to the mall of Emirates is also really convenient. The overall service at the property was fantastic. Absolute value for for money. Given this is an older property, we didn't expect the condition to be so top notch but it was. Our suite was very spacious and if we were to go back to Dubai, we would absolutely stay here without thinking twice. The only draw back if any was the breakfast buffet which we thought was probably not at par with a few other properties but other than that, kudos to the entire team for making our trip very memorable. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with Chef Balraj and his team's willingness to cater to specific dietary requirements. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated the regular replenishment of essential items. However, we found the number of power outlets to be insufficient and incompatible with most mobile chargers. Additionally, the bathtub's design presented some challenges: the glass partition was too small, resulting in water spillage, and the overall height of the tub and toilet seat was unsuitable for elderly guests."
