I would love to be able to give this five stars review. Service was great, and the rooms were excellent. The only downside this hotel is there with no hot water when I took a shower in the morning

Had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in. Only 1 staff on duty with many people waiting to either check in or sort out other issues. Also jetted tub appeared to have mold in caulked seams.

Staying here was enjoyable overall. Everything was nice and clean, but the blanket was quite thin and didn't provide enough warmth. I had to turn up the heat to stay warm at night. Additionally, the blanket was somewhat slippery and scratchy. Despite these issues, everything else was good.

Wood work in room tore up missing paint Night stands were had food sauce residue on them Floors had dirt/particles on them Bathroom toile caulking falling apart in many places Jet tub trimmer is jacked up Jet tub fiberglass coating is coming apart. Matress was not comfortable. Bed is awful like the worst.

Could have been worse. Tub was in need of replacement. Flaking and pealing. Clearly a oversight and makes remodel job look cheap. No coffee makers in room and only three pillows for king bed? Checked in about 6pm and by 9am no salt on solid ice sidewalk. Sum it. Okay hotel who just comes up a bit short.

Rooms are updated but some areas of the rooms show age. Common spaces are well lit and very modern. The parking lot is very well lit if you are coming in at night. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and checked me in with no issues and answered any questions I had quickly and accurately.
