Don't Think I'll Stay Again

It was so so. The bathtub was clogged. Maintenance came and supposedly fixed it but it was still clogged. The towels were stained. I guess for the price I shouldn't complain. But for the location I expected more. No refrigerator. No breakfast. Again, I guess you get what you pay for.

I informed the front desk that the soda machine was taking money and not dispensing drinks because they were jammed in the bottom, this after spending $5. The man at the front desk advised me to call the phone number on the machine, I told him there was not a number and suggested he put a note on the machine so other guests didn't get ripped off. He said " This isn't my machine so that sounds like the person who's machine it is should be doing that" In the morning I was hassled by knocks on the door twice and a phone call because we were late checking out at 11:15am.

Aside from the stained comforter that the front desk person said could not be replaced because she ‘didn’t have that key’ and the very noisy immediate surrounding area, we could tell the room had been cleaned with care.

The room was dirty. The floor was filthy. Sure they had not mopped it in months. Hair on the bathroom floor. The desk lamp was all rusted. The back of the door was dirty. If I could have found another hotel I wouldn’t have stayed there. Will NEVER go back.

Good place to stay for an overnight, but no frills

The Red Roof in was a good place to stay overnight for the cost. Polite staff and clean accommodations. Beds are double, not queen, and no breakfast or other frills. But I knew that when I booked the room. A solid C.

Poor toilet, i have never been in any public place that had a toilet so close to the floor. When asking about it was told that's what they sent fro remodel and that was what we used. They were not able to get light over sink to work properly even after attention by staff. I have stayed there many times over many years, would not return.
