very disapppinted

This motel needs a lot of work. The carpets in the hallways were heavily stained. In my room, the towel hanger in the bathroom fell off when I hung a towel on it. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and I was standing in water when I showered. The floors of the room were FILTHY. My feet were black after walking on them for a few minutes. The walls are so thin that I could hear someone sneeze in the next room. I travel along I-80 frequently and need a room. I would not stay here again.

There were no comforters on the beds. No iron or ironing board in the room, we had to call for one. It was located behind the other hotels like in the woods kind of scary looking. However, it served its purpose for just one night definitely wouldn’t stay there again for a long-term.

Nice and clean. If you get cold easily, make sure you request an actual blanket. They only have thin sheets on the bed unless you request otherwise. Not a big deal or anything.

I appreciated the quietness of the area and the front desk staff were kind. I booked my room for three guests. We arrived to find 2 bath towels. The front desk did give more when asked but when I directly tried to exchange several towels with housekeeping I was told that I could only have two. And would need to go back to the front for more. The ice machine & washing machine on 2nd floor were both out of order. We had items that had been spilled on during our travel and had hoped to wash them during our three night stay. The soft drink machine worked for purchases but signage indicated nothing was cold - that's true - warm drinks. I took several photos of damaged areas of my room upon arrival and showed to the front desk staff right away noting that I would be held responsible for those areas.

For work I stay at high-end hotels, but my personal budget doesn't allow for such luxuries. I went into our 3-night stay at this property with the right expectations. The room was older (popcorn ceiling and walls) but clean. The room had a damp feeling during our entire stay, but not unbearable. The tub didn't drain well, which was kinda gross. Neither did the sink. The white towels were stained. But overall we felt safe, it was quiet, close to several amenities, and did the job. About 30 min into downtown Cleveland, which is where we went each day of our stay.

Toilet took 30 minutes to refill after flush. $ 25 fee for pet, unclear during booking room. Stuffy and noisy fan and AC. 25 minutes to check in. Can't cook in room, even microwave popcorn. We cancelled our reservation for the return trip. Has declined substantially since last year.

the rooms had very bad smell. The foor was dirty and sticky. Bedsheets and blankets looked dirty. Nothing was maintaned well. As I reached there at 1 am in night I had no other option
