Superb Hotel
What a beautiful hotel, this hotel does deserve its name Palace. A very well maintained hotel all over, very nice. All members of staff were truly professional and an absolute credit to their profession. The receptionists, Eugenia, Roberta, Sylvester and the others were amongst the best hotel staff I have encountered. They made sure that I was always taken care of. The restaurant staff were on point with their service and very welcoming. I had a great time interacting with them. The rooms that I stayed in were very clean and well kept, courtesy of the cleaning staff. I will recommend the Tang Palace Hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Accra. Hotel is smoke in mirrors
Arrived at 2p and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour to get checked in. Wasn’t offered anything complimentary for the inconvenience. Even though I had a suite that could sleep at least four people, guest service only allowed me two key cards and said only two people could eat breakfast when I had four people in my party. To add, you need to keep one key card in the room in order for the lights and air to work. Very inconveniencing for a place charging $400 a night. The breakfast food was not good at all.
