Guys weekend getaway
This worked out great for our group. We had 9 guys on a weekend getaway and the house fit us well. Plenty of sleeping room and large living areas for us to all spread out. Kitchen supported us with no issues. House is well stocked with supplies.

Family Reunion Thanksgiving
Alvie House was perfect for our group of 13. Lots of space for gathering and plenty of places to go off for some quiet time. Very well appointed kitchen. Spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the fire pit and sleds outside. Pool table and ping pong inside. Short drive to town. Thank you! We will be back!

Grandparents, adult offspring and their teen children
We had a great week using the property for volleyball, corn hole, fires every night in the outdoor pit plus hiking and enjoying cow watching and going to the lake for swimming and boating and picnicking. Home is very well equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen tools and pot and pans. Three refrigerators and good laundry. First night we had air conditioner problem which was taken care of first thing in am by attentive landlord👍👍👍👍

Excellent again!
I have taken my church's youth group here 2 years in a row now and it is an excellent stay! The new heated floors were a great addition. We may plan on making this a reoccurring trip.
It's also a convenient trip since we had a full group with around 24 hanging out during the day and some heading back home at night. I can't wait to see if we go again next year!
