There was strangers hair in the bathtub and curtain. The towels has hair too And when they change the sheets , sheets has black long hair too . And this upset me
No breakfast and no coffee after few minutes plus room were not cleaned regularly due to lack of staff
Recommend staying elsewhere for this price. Upon check in, front desk (likely the owner) made it clear this is a “motel” to include not offering breakfast as advertised if you search this property on Google. Hallways smell of mildew, dampness, and seem unventilated. Mattress was literally concave from overuse and obviously old. Had to try to sleep on the other side without rolling into and falling in the depression of the mattress. Numerous cobwebs and dust-balls hanging from the ceiling. Online pictures are a vast misrepresentation of the actual property. Office behind front desk looks like a disaster, active electrical cords in a trash can beside the ice machine, and carpets deeply soiled. Reduction in the price by about $25-$30 would then match the quality of what is paid. Next morning front desk staff was relatively friendly and coffee was available.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The property is a bit run down - the worst being the carpet in the whole building including our room. And despite the air conditioning being on in our room non-stop, there was a humid, slightly musty smell. The bed, sheets, towels were all very clean and nice. But something isn't working with the ventilation.
Great budget hotel find! Incredible value considering the location and the property. Older but well-maintained. Walk to dining and grocery options. Easy highway access and not too far from subway.
Location is good, surrounding area felt safe and there was grocery and dining walkable to the room. As other reviewers mentioned, room was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell throughout, and room was warm and humid. Wall unit climate control did not work. We chose not to use the shower due to the cleanliness concerns.

This was very convenient for our plans in Arlington. And a good price for this area. The staff were all very nice.

The property location was absolutely ideal. The sleeping area was okay (although one of the pillows smelled terrible). The bathroom floor tile/grout was filthy. Rest of bathroom was okay. The lobby and hallway to room were not clean...needed vacuuming badly.

The owner of the property was very friendly and helpful for my stay. I arrived there way earlier than checkin time but he allowed me to check in as the room was prepared. He accommodated all my requests immediately. However, the towels had some hairs stuck to them. The bed was very old and sunk down pretty bad. All the staff were nice though. The price of the stay was good enough for the area. Everything was very close by and nice neighborhood. Overall, I give thumbs up!

It looks like overall good visit. We do offer coffee and tea each morning 6:30am until noon. There is a Dunkins across the street and two grocery stores within a few blocks. We offered light service with towels, amenities, trash taken out. Thank you.

We are sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations. Nobody in management would say what the clerk said. He will be spoken to. We did not offer breakfast on this site. We do offer coffee and tea. We don't know your identity so we don't know which room you speak of. It sounds like you didn't tell the staff of your concerns while you were at the hotel. We do not have a central air system. We don't know which room you had so we can check. Usually the ac will get rid of humidity. Let us know if there is unusual issue. Maybe can mover you or fix the issue while you are in the hotel. Our staff does work hard. Towels are cleaned by our fine laundry people.

Our location has two grocery stores walking distance.Bike trail goes right by hotel. We are not sure what odor you mean. The high temperature outside the date you stayed was 54 degrees. AC not good to run at such low temp. Maybe that is why? We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations.
