Probably not the best idea to have a room right between the laundry and the gym. Gym opens at 5:30 am and everyone’s running on treadmills and dropping weights. Machines running late. Could the design not have been better? Could you not use this room for something else? At least discount it Also we paid for breakfast with reservation. Front desk never gave us our vouchers and never said we needed any even though they verified paid breakfast(which is a rip off anyway). Went to breakfast to find out we needed them and had to go back and wait in line to get them. No apology. A bit disappointing.
Worn carpets, heating/AC inconsistently working, loud overhead fan in bathroom, elevator stopped working, gym was OK but machines were worn and weights were missing. Bed was comfortable, location OK.
I thought the music they played in the lobby and surrounding area was way too loud. Too much air freshener too. It made my congested.

Bed was clean and comfortable, hallways smelled like smoke/weed, dead roach on floor of room, bathroom had been cleaned but it was just dingy, shower drained slow. Fine for the price overall but I think my impression is a bit lower than some of the other reviews I saw. Also, $38 to park for a day, which was disappointingly expensive.
Free Shuttle from airport to hotel property was convenient and easy. A short ride from Reagan airport. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Only stayed one night but would recommend for travelers needing a place close to the airport. Exactly what we expected.

Main complaint I had was bed bugs. I’ve stayed at many H Inns over the years and this was the first time to experience this. Even saw two of them which solidified my suspicions. Plus bites similar to mosquitoes. Restaurant was good. Nice fitness. Clean bathroom. Quiet rooms. My stay was during thanksgiving week.
They were not helpful and I got charged $10 to ride around the parking garbage where there wasn’t any parking. Why the ticket booth didn’t know there weren’t any available parking when it should know what the parking capacity is.

Good rooms, nice fitness center, and decent breakfast buffet. Elevators take forever most of the time except odd hours. Front desk staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming except a couple employees if you're lucky enough to be helped by those individuals. The nicest front desk staff member was apparently the "new guy" so he hadn't been corrupted yet, I guess.
