The hotel was lovely, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the huge wraparound windows that gave me a great view of Union Station and the downtown area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the valet parking was expensive, and because street parking in the area was pretty tight, that was really the only option. But I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are very clean, staff are very kind and accommodating! It is about a 30 second walk from the Metro which cannot be beat. Also very safe building with security and key cards required to enter and use elevator.

The customer service team was outstanding from check in to check out. The facilities are well maintained, and the attention to detail is superb. Whether business or pleasure, we will forever choose Courtyard when in the DC area.

I was enjoying my peaceful and relaxing time on the couch at the general area at 2nd floor; they disturbed me by instructed Security to move me from the couch. I did not appreciate how they approached me and treat me like a homeless person. And they called up police to remove me from the property in the middle of late night. I could not believe how they handle a guest like this.
