Great hotel, staff and service. The only drawback is the noise. Depending on your room the service carts and staff start banging around the hallways about 5am. Doors slamming, carts and dishes rattling and banging around. We were there 4 nights. 2 nights in one room on floor 9, 2 nights on the 22nd floor. Same unwanted wake up calls every morning.
