We stayed here another night and checking back in was easy, the breakfast is very good and lots of variety, with fresh homemade bread. On weekends the area around the mall where the hotel is located is very busy and very noisy.

This property is literally right across the street from the train station, very conveniently located in the mall, there are signs so it is easy to find. We ordered the room the day before so we could check in when we arrived at nine in the morning, but the room was not ready for us, Which I don’t understand because I told him we would be arriving in the morning and I paid for the room so it should have been cleaned and ready for us to check in at nine in the morning. I was very angry that it wasn’t. They offered us a beverage while we waited and they had the room , ready in 15 minutes, when you exit out the back of the mall, you’re right in The old part of Utrecht, The food and restaurants and shopping was wonderful, and taking a train to other places was so convenient

I dont really want to review, just star mark. I dislike leaving negative comments, as I have discussed the issues we encountered with the staff, from check in to check out. Nothing more can be done but give an opportunity for improvement and their interest. Neither occurred in our particular experience!! The Hotel is in a very convenient and central location.
