I think the swimming pool could improve the water was a bit cold
Employees were amazing during my whole stay. My room was beautiful wish it had a better view but it was still amazing! Everything was really clean considering the area this hotel is in.
the room was huge and very clean the hallway was a bit old and scuff up. i did mot engage much with staff just basic hello and when I check in the guy super nice
I left my phone in closet and called back the following morning and never got a response back so obviously somebody needed that jacket more than I did
I am from out of state; I stayed at this property and I recommend this hotel or property to everyone; great staff; very clean; great location, close to fwy; great for families.
Room was small/very cramped for the 4 of us and it was so tight and very uncomfortable for the price. Very friendly staff.
I loved the fountain, pool, and the bed was amazing. But the jetted tub would not fill up with water and the lights didnt work in that room so i was fumbling around in the dark my whole stay. The bed was so comfortable though that i tried to stay an additional night but the front desk would not allow me to because my card didnt have a chip in it!? But you let me use that card to pay my deposit so...?
Room was great, staff was friendly. No recycle bins :(

The staff was rude. They ended up charging my card for a room they didn’t have available.
I need a refund if uou guys charged me because hiliday inn would not accept my card & turned me away, im extremely upset i had to stay in a hole in the wall motel discusting.
hostess was amazing ,top marks for her pool was murky, fitness room had rusted door, pool floor paint was peeling off. otherwise good experience, breakfast was good
I was checked into a room that wasn't cleaned but the front desk took care of it immediately and gave me a different room.
