Days Inn by Wyndham Auburn

The room was disgusting like it was half ass cleaned. Staines on the pillow cases like they were never changed towels looked used. Very load out side. It was over all dirty

Overall good property and location. Room was clean. Limited breakfast and no pool ( which I think was listed as amenities, but was not available).

People were partying until about 3 AM with many cars coming and going.

Convenient to shopping and highway. When lights turned off no power to outlets nothing charged. Something wrong with light over vanity area went off and then after maybe hslf hour then the light switch worked again. I hsve decided not to stay at any days inn again as they seem to be below my comfort status

The Management allowed me to check in knowing good and well they had no hot water, when I requested to check out they strung me along for 2 days and refused to refund any money. Very dishonest and poor customer service. Next time I see the Days Inn I am heading the other direction.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows, small fridge and microwave. The room was a bit dated, no outlets for charging phones.. Carpet was clean, but a bit worn. Overall a decent room at a decent price.

When we checked in the lady at the front didn't smile or say hello, kept talking about how she didn't want to be there. Toward the end the conversation got better, but maybe that was just because we were leaving the main office. The room smelled musty and the outlet by the bed was smashed in which is not safe. Could not plug in bed lamps due to this so it was pretty dark. Shower was good. Location is good for concert attendees. Usually the reason we stay here.

It was clean but the heat source was outdated. I also have been waiting over 2 weeks for my deposit to be returned and haven’t received it yet

Staff was fast during check-in/out. They helped getting a taxi when cellphones were not available. Location is great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Facilities are old. Room was supposed to be a non-smoking, but it definitely smelled like cigarettes inside and out. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.

Room in back...faced an airport. Area all dug up. Felt isolated & unsafe.

Hotel is closed to several restaurants and bars. Interestingly, behind the hotel there is a municipal airport. You can watch little propeller engine plains take off and land. They fo not disturb, do not make much noise, it is just fun to watch ......

Was informed about the $100 "deposit" however it was charged to my account AFTER my visit. When I called I was told it was because of the weekend and that the refund has already been processed. I would maybe suggest bringing this up to weekend customers so they aren't surprised with a charge AFTER their stay. In addition the cable didn't work on a consistent basis and the water temperature in the shower was luke warm at best.

Front desk clerk said he was giving us a pool view room but we got one facing the parking lot. Only reason why we stayed is because it was only for one night. Will not return.

I am working nights in the area on a road project and need to sleep during the day. They checked me in early and didn't bug me. The clientele there is a little rough around the edges, but I survived.

Nothing special. Desk help was very good, but the room was ok at best. It was a busy weekend, but the people surrounding the hotel in the morning were rude. Maybe a bachelor party...idk?

I've been staying at this hotel once a year since 2009. It changed ownership several times from what I can tell. It's not being well kept up. Tears in the carpet (in the rooms). Loose electric (wall) outlets with broken off ground pins stuck in the socket. Doors with Pull sign that only open when you Push it. Breakfast is a no-breakfast at all: just juice, cornflakes, coffee and bagels. No eggs, sausage, fruit. Good things are: clean rooms, towels, surfaces; hot-hot shower, fairly comfortable beds and pillows; room amenities. Knowing what this hotel used to be like, it's disappointing to see it deteriorate. And it's not cheap to stay here; reasonable-ish, but not cheap. When I return next year, I will most likely pick up a different hotel to stay at.

Had to call housekeeping to come and refresh room with towels, toiletries, vacum. Had a large dark stain in carpet just inside the front door, holes in the walls, and wall paper coming off the wall in the vanity. Extremely hard to select proper water temperature in the shower/tub.

Hotel and staff were friendly and helpful, however the facility has seen better days and is dire need of rebuild vice remodel to keep with current look feel and standards available from newer hotel chains.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Although the staff was pleasant to deal with, the only reason we stayed here was for access to the pool which was closed due to the hot tub not working. Most of the vending machines were out of order, and the hotel is located next to a private airstrip so we had the pleasure of hearing airplanes taking off at all hours. The location was at best in a questionable neighborhood and I did not feel safe being a single woman with children traveling alone. I will say that it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed in and the room was spacious. I can't say that I will stay here again.
