Loved the concept; minimal but very functional rooms. Very clean, excellent friendly staff, nice rooftop work area with full bar and snacks. Surrounding area was a little deserted and some homeless issues, but the way the room keys worked made it feel safe in the hotel (keys were required to access the elevator and only allowed access to your floor and public floors). Good access to subway, and walkable to nice areas in town.

Pleasant and cozy boutique hotel in heart of Sydne
We will be back. Overall it was a very pleasant experience to stay here. Our room was not big but was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff could not possibly be more friendly. We especially enjoyed the rooftop area and the complimentary self serve espresso bar was a game changer. Location is excellent for walking to major sites and also adjacent a metro station.
