"This hotel has become my absolute favorite on Sunny Isles Beach, even outranking the newer high rises with modern aesthetics. Clean and well maintained, daily housekeeping, we felt right at home the entire stay. A few disappointing things, parking is very expensive at $40 a night on top of the resort fee. The first two days neither spa was working, they were quite cold. Repairs were being done on the last day so one was hot but no jets, the other had the jets starting to work but was still cold. Seeing a sign off in the corner alerting visitors that the spa was under repairs was literally a sign that this is a common issue. Not a huge deal, but a heads up would have been nice. The other detractor was that you get two free chairs on the beach, but if you want to use the umbrella, it's an additional $24 to open it up for you. A bit nickle & dime in my opinion, it really should be included in the price of the hotel room, which we are already paying a fair amount for. A couple areas on the property needed more maintenance (a very sad looking basketball hoop net,) but this is very minor. Overall, completely recommend for a low-key, ultra relaxation trip. "
