Courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room.
The pipes made lots of noise. We were on the 4 th floor and it took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Not sure why we only get three towels? Evening and morning showers would need 4 towels total for a couple. The morning breakfast was just okay. I really expect more since the hotel charges more a night.
Never again will i step foot at a Hilton Property. My boyfriend and I requested late checkout and was granted that, but 15 minutes after checkout at 11am two of the workers come banging on the door and start harassing me to leave the property in 5 minutes. Where did the threat come from and many other guests left and never came back they told me that they also will never step foot their again. If they are allowed to harass and threaten people just imagine if we would have had kids in the room how they would have reacted these men were about to attack us if we didn’t leave in 5 mins.

The maid seen us leave with some belongings however we were not ready to leave so when we came back after walking to my car she had the room torn up and was cleaning it even though we didn't want to check out yet.
Bed was supper hard for the high price I payed with it had a better mattress other than that it was gods

The frontdesk people were rude and short with customers when we checked in. Dawn at the front desk was the only nice person and very helpful. Your there for a nice relaxing time in the pool. Parents were not paying attention to there kids running around the pool playing football in the pool did I mention people getting hit with the foot balls. They have security cameras and no staff did anything including the one staff that came out with towels. The 35 little leaguers took over the entire pool. And didnt care who they almost hit or jumped into the pool on.The staff and parents did nothing and did not care. The sofa sleeper had no sheets or blankets. The toliet overflowed and didnt work properly. I give your hotel a 3 and thats being generous.
I love this hotel chain. Beds consistently comfy. This location is great near shopping, food, movies and walking distance. Literally behind hotel. Would stay here again.
This is the nicest hotel in Manteca. It is new and well decorated. It is located away from the freeway and quiet. The staff and their service were great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are 5 or 6 restaurants in walking distance. All in all, a pleasant experience.
This is a very classy place to stay in Manteca. The Staff are kind and gracious, the cookies in the lobby were a special extra nice treat. Breakfast every morning was good, We stay 5 days and would defiantly stay again! Very comfy beds! Clean rooms and facility!
We were really impressed at finding such a great hotel at such a reasonable rate. The location is perfect - nice quiet area right next to Bass Pro and shopping/theatres. Add to the value the free breakfast! The room was fantastic. We stayed at 5 different hotels that week (San Francisco, Monterey & Manteca) and this was by far the best! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Not sure why its rated as only 2 stars - should be higher!
