This was the worst Best Western we’ve ever stayed at. Won’t be staying there again.

My most recent stay nothing seemed to work right in our room! First the AC barely blew air and it was on High! It took almost a full 24 hours to get the room cold. The window was open (we were on the ground floor) I would never have known if I didn't open the curtains to look out! the room had a stale/mildew odor to it. The plug for the jacuzzi tub had to be rigged in order for it to hold water & the sink plug was broken I had to pry the plug up and stick something under it so the sink would drain. Definitely NOT worth the $300 it cost for 2 nights... I was extremely pleased with the hotel the first time we stayed there but after this last stay ... NEVER AGAIN!

The front desk staff considered my preferences during check-ins. Given me 3 option rooms , and patiently guided me to the last option room which is i stayed. The room was clean but since its new i still smell a little bit of paint, but overall i’m satisfied of the room. Staffs were friendly. Was there dec12-14.
