The property was very clean and well taken care of. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I didn't like that you had there were three different buildings to the hotel. We had to take our car to go to the pool/hot tub and to breakfast as it was raining and cold. (We had my elderly aunt with us) There was not enough room for us to have the breakfast as they had a bus load of people staying there. We ate elsewhere.

The staff members are way above average. There were several staff members welcoming and cheking guests in. Very well run front desk. The breakfast area had a team that prepared all of the hot items - eggs, bacon, potatoes, ect. - and kept everything full for the guests. There were no "we're out of that" comments. The grounds were very well maintained, as were the rooms. The indoor pool looked nice, but I didn't use it. The big outdoor pool was already closed for the winter, but it looked nice too. I would definately choose Best Western Harbour Pointe Lakefront when visiting St Ignace again.

Free hot breakfast was fantastic - the best I've ever had at a hotel. Room was large, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities. Staff was wonderful!

Beautiful View ! The bed was super comfy, and the staff was great. The breakfast was also delicious with a lot of variety. The only downside was the in-room coffee. Bleech !
Clean and friendly staff! Looks more like motel but lake view is awesome and private pebble beach is very beautiful at sunrise!
We stay at the property on each trip to the UP. The location is very nice, it is right on the lake. Staff is always very friendly and the rooms are always clean. We really enjoy the nightly bonfire and the nice pool. They have a hot breakfast that is served every morning and it is always well stocked and clean.

This was a great hotel. Room was very clean staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing is the rooms are not attached to the main lobby, indoor pool and breakfast area. You need to walk or catch a ride with the extremely friendly golf cart driver who will gladly pick you up and drop you off. Winter time it might not be so great. Overall great experience.
Bedding was not comfortable. Mattresses were dated. The comforter was substandard and made of rough material that made me itch. The staff was wonderful and location was excellent with a lake in the backyard
