The property was clean and the staff was pleasant. The continental breakfast was robust with tons of options. The walls are thin in the rooms so guests talking in the hallway seemed as if they were in our room and because of the convenient location (right off the freeway in a busy shopping district/area) traffic noises including sirens, screeching brakes and loud mufflers, seemed like they were in the room with us at all hours. One other issue is that when we asked the front desk for a dry cleaner nearby, we were sent to a laundry mat that did not do dry cleaning. Since guests are mostly from out of town, and many are on business or to attend various events from graduations to weddings, the hotel should have a list of local dry cleaning and other services for those not familiar with the area

Check in was east! Convenient safe parking, One thing I do when I arrive to my room is clean the floors. I’m a clean freak I guess. The floors (carpet and bathroom room) were spotless. I usually us a wet chemical free rag. So I highly recommend this place!

This hotel needs a remodeling. The common area rugs are dirty, the stair threads have some areas that are bare. No likely to stay there again. Good location for restaurants.

What you expect at the price point
Our stay was nice. The room was clean and pretty well kept. There were a few paint blemishes and a few nhardware blemishes. But, for an older property it is very nicely kept up. Would stay again for sure.
