This motel is fairly recently remodeled, but some of the choices made in the remodel have detracted from the experience. Specifically, the new larger sinks make the bathroom more cramped, especially the toilet, and there is very little space to lay out your grooming kit. The larger sinks still splash everywhere. What you put on the limited space around the sink is in danger of falling into the toilet, which now has no lid, which I would guess is because the lids got broken by people standing on them to smoke under the vent. The air conditioner is now located where it blows in your face all night and the air deflectors don’t adjust enough to stop that. The air conditioner is noisy and the compressor cycles on and off all night, suggesting that the building has issues with heat gain. The new fashion of dark color schemes is a step in the wrong direction. The foremost adverse effect of dark colors is to make it impossible to tell if the room is clean.
The person who checked me in went the extra mile to find me a first floor room, which I needed because I travel with a heavy set of tools. The only thing I had trouble with was finding an air conditioner setting that would prevent it from cycling off and back on every hour or two.
They have recently remodeled, and their staff is very friendly and helpful.
We did not like the party going on until 3:45 right down the hall. Door slamming all night, people laughing and talking. Management finally knocked on their door at 3:45 and the noise stopped. VERY disappointed.
Microwave and fridge in room didn’t work at all. The entire motel has a horrible smell from paint?? Police were there our second day for a ‘guest’. Very obvious my family and I were the only people there not on meth. I wore shoes in my room because the floor was sticky. Never take your kids there, ever. Very sketchy looking place.
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Absolutely disgusting, dumpster divers, meth heads in the parking lot. Did not feel safe. The room was gross, the beds and pillows were terrible.

Staff helpful and friendly, but facilities and site in poor condition. Room very basic/plain, though colorful. Strong (air freshener?) scent, though opening window and use of A/C helped. Mattress much less firm than those in other economy hotels during our trip. Some litter in common hallway. We entered through rear door as nearest to our room; area around that door and rear parking lot filthy. Two cars with broken windows in parking lot gave a sketchy feeling to site.
Very clean and uptodate. Great location near food and interstate.
Great value for the price. Just the basics, so don't expect even an alarm clock. But you have towels, soap, etc, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable (pillows especially), and TV is bigger than at the Courtyard.
The stay was fine but I get tired of having to review every damn thing I ever do.... it would be nice if a company provided a service without having to pat their self on the back and bombard people with 10 emails.
Our room was not up to the standards that Motel 6 has displayed in the past. Very unacceptable and very misleading
