Check-in receptionist was not friendly, we did not feel welcome. Room was clean. They charged us $50.00 deposit, which was no problem but they only refunded $38.xx. I called to find out why and I was explained they charge for parking. There was no explanation at all about parking fees. First time in my life I have to pay for parking at a hotel.
Airport shuttle does not run past mid nite

The inn is very close to the airport, which is why I chose it. They also offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. Unfortunately I had to take a taxi ($21 for a unwalkable 0.5 mile ride) to the inn because the shuttle didn’t pick me up at the van area although I called twice. I gave it 45 minutes then chose the taxi option.

A reliable place to stay near light rail. We always take shuttle to airport. Shuttle very reliable too. No breakfast anymore which is a disappointment.
There's smell of Marijuana in rhe elevator and the garage. There were many people loitering around by the entrance. Maybe too many Uber drivers. Very close and easy access to the airport.

Staff is always amazing, room is always spotless. My family and I have stayed here a few times. I would say the only down side to staying here now is they started charging $10 per night for parking. There is limited parking available, especially handicap spots. We drive a bigger vehicle so parking in the covered area is not ideal.
