We enjoyed our trip and our room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodatting.
Upon check in, the women at the front desk was very unfriendly and did not provide basic information (parking, directions to room, pool/restaurant hours) that all hotels provide at check in. We wanted massages at the spa and staff was unhelpful, there was no list of services and prices anywhere (website or available by staff members). There was a pile of dirty laundry and glassware directly outside of our hotel room door upon arrival. No one ever answered the front desk phone. The cafe/market food downstairs was ridiculously overpriced and not at all quality food. There were no clean towels at the pool. Disappointing experience overall.

I didnt like to process of waiting to check into my room. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30pm. The front desk staff told me that my room is in the process of being clean right now. It will be ready in 30 minutes. I checked back at the front desk at 4pm, she told me it wasnt ready. I checked back at 4:30, it was ready. I checked back at 5pm, that's when I got my room key. The standard of check in is 4pm but my room wasn't ready until 5pm.
We like the location of the property, the view was amazing and it is next door to a park with nice walking paths and restaurants. The rooms were a decent size and the whole hotel was clean. The staff was nice. The mattresses were pretty hard, I think the pillow top had been matted down and no longer soft. And it felt as though we were sleeping on a decline so it was hard to sleep when it felt like our heads where below the rest of us. But other than the beds, the rest of the hotel was great.
The property was amazing. Very relaxing and an awesome staff. Friendly, helpful, and a job to visit with. Loved the spa and the massage from Ruth as well as the Hot Tub and Steam Room. Walking distance to eating areas and loved the walking trail that went through the park.
