We had a good time.

Everything was just fine except the bathrooms were rather small.

We requested fpr our room to be cleaned and provide fresh towels but even after requesting few times it was not taken care of. Convenient location but disappointed with the services 😕

Great stay! Very nice property in a perfect location. I would stay here again. Local restaurants super close are amazing. Rooms are clean & comfortable. You do have to ask for your room to be cleaned and there is a lot of noise from street level but those are the only small drawbacks

The property was nice but not the best part of Seattle downtown which I did not realize.

Overall hotel design is nice and looks high end. But the service didn’t stack up. We stored luggage before we could get into our room and it was put into the Northern Lights room, a conference room with access points from other areas. Unfortunately our son’s 2 week old Nintendo Switch was taken( we had it in an unlocked backpack and know it was there after we got in from airport). Didn’t look for it until the following morning since we were out exploring and it was gone. Staff/manager said they’d review security tapes, gives us until tmrw morning. Next day, staff changed, no one new anything about issue. Poor execution/follow thru for 2 days. Won’t take responsibility for loss. Gave us 1 night refund but doesn’t make up for a nearly $500 loss, poor follow through, lack of communication and distrust. Housekeeping went into our room to clean/turndown although policy was only upon request AND we had do not disturb on door. Poor experience all around. definitely don’t recommend!

Location, quick walk to many restaurants and attractions. Clean and great staff.

This was a beautiful hotel. Unique, special rooms. Very spacious, modern with so many nice touches. We stayed for one night, with two kids, after our cruise, and the location is great! Quick walk to all attractions. Very friendly staff,

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Facility was clean, the room had thoughtful layout, location was awesome, and staffs were attentive!!! Will definitely stay here again next time when we visit Seattle!!

Great location, great staff during our check in, room was awesome. Easy to get there from airport and cruise port. Only one small elevator was working while we were there so that was annoying. Was very noisy around hotel with construction going on, cops and ambulances sirens at least 10 times during our stay. Area around hotel can be a little scary at times with homeless and shady characters walking the streets, area has gone down hill the last 3 years. Great hotel and staff though and would probably stay there again

It’s probably the overall economy, but it seems like downtown Seattle is just hanging on to maintain. Seems like everyone is friendly tho

We loved this property and the staff were personable and friendly and took good care of us. We'd stay here again for sure!
