The shuttle service was not as dependable as I would have hoped.
The check in and out process was smooth and every employee I interacted with was great. The only issue was cleanliness of our room. We had mold in our bathroom and there was some staining on our pillows and random hairs in the bathroom. I liked how close it was to the airport.

Great option for a near SeaTac hotel
The staff are nice and the property clean. The bed was very sunken in and I couldn’t get comfortable on either side or the middle. The breakfast was average continental. Nothing special and not as good as HI express.
A few dining options with a short walk. Room was clean, and decent size. AC worked well! Overall, a nice stay!

The best part might have been the breakfast! They had some of the best waffles I think I’ve ever had haha!

The hotel did not have the room I paid for. I paid for a 2 queen bed and they did not have one. They put us (4 of us) on a 1 bed bedroom that looked like it was been remodel because it did not have part of the carpet. Bad experience

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Shuttle times and pick-up could be a wait due to traffic we have no control over it. We apologize for this but in real time we cannot control that once the shuttle is enroute.
