I was there on business; they gave me a room for a handicaped person no desk and had to work using no desk.

My employees were not checked in properly which led to the assistant manager trying to kick one of them out stating they had no paid reservation. Once I sorted all that out the assistant manager and desk worker made false accusations against the same employee stating he had damaged their fence. I was asked to pay damages and demanded to see the video footage showing him damaging the fence. Eventually I was shown video footage that clearly showed the fence was damaged prior to his arrival. What a horrible experience!
