This was one of the most beautiful and awesome properties I have ever stayed at. I FULLY enjoyed every moment. From check in and receiving complementary champagne and a box of Byrd's cookies to the sweet notes the housekeeper left, to enjoying the river walk, to all the amenities available. I truly would go back to Savannah just to stay at this property again.

Disappointed in Savannah
Very disappointing! We booked a room with a view and ended up with a brick wall outside our window. They never showed up to clean our room, so no room service. We made extra for breakfast and valet parking, the hotel still charged us partial amount for breakfast and valet parking. The music from the bar pounded our walls until midnight. They charged us for the room and I had to deal with management to get the charges reversed as we had already paid through hotels.com. This experience has negatively impacted our use of hotels.com and we will never stay at JWMarriott again!

We booked a room with a city view. When we arrived at the hotel the room had been given away and we were downgraded to a room of lesser value. I’ve been in situations where this has happened when booking through a 3rd party like Expedia however my rooms have always been upgraded due to the inconvenience. I’m still waiting on my reimbursement for the difference in price for the room. Other than that stay was great.
