We spent two days in Fira. Nice and helpfull staff. Decent breakfast buffet. Compared to the other properties that are very central, wee liked that this one was a few minutes (<10 min walking) away from all santorini craziness which made it a bit more relaxing. Still therfe are 4 adjecent properties next to it so expect some noise levels. Overall, location was good and accessible to transport. Cons: 1- the pool was not necessarily teh cleanest pool. 2- the bathrooms are a tad small and also there were no hangers for towles.

I was excited about this hotel, and it was really nice, but I didn't realize how far away it was from town. That and the extra fees keeps me from recommending this hotel. The extra guest fee was astronomical, over 100 euro. All they did was add a cot. It was about a ten to fifteen minute walk to town, uphill, down a treacherous street full of crazy drivers (cars, motorcycles and four wheelers everywhere) and no sidewalk. I wouldn't have minded any of that if the hotel was a reasonable price, but it wasn't, even BEFORE the astronomical extra guest fee and the transfer to the port (25 euro each way for a family of 4) and the 7 euro per person breakfast and the 5 euros to pick up the bags from our room, tip not included, was just too much. For the most part, the staff was very friendly, though we tried to get them to make a reservation for us in Oia one night and they said it was impossible, but then we called ourselves and had no problem. The pool is lovely, and the bartender was fabulous and friendly and made me a lovely refreshing beverage of his own creation. It's a little smaller thank it looks in the pics though, and don't count on finding a chair to sit in. Overall, I would only go back if the price was much lower.

Our family run villa is conveniently located just a short walking distance to the Town Centre. We are close enough to walk but far enough away to avoid the loud noises and congestion of Fira. Please note all costs, including transfer and breakfast are clearly listed on our website. Also, they are optional for our guests convenience. We believe our charges are reasonable and within the norm for Santorini, especially 4 persons for 25,00 euros that we charge you in Santorini from Fira City to the port according to passenger transport regulations its 25,00 euros for 2 persons and every additional person 5 euros.
