The location is great, the views are amazing, water pressure is great, WIFI not that great, but I would definitely stay there again and refer my friends too.
Location, location, location! And this is THE view from Fira. Look no further. The staff are all very caring and accommodating. I am Marriott Ambassador status and very rarely stay outside of the system, but staying at this independent property was worthwhile for a night to be in the heart of the action. I had also read reviews from former seasons about the breakfast being sparse but now it is a buffet and heartier than I had expected. Great job being responsive to reviews!
The internet quality in the room was extremely poor. The included breakfast was fair. No water to drink unless you purchased it.
It was wonderful to visit the Atlantis after a gap of 26 years. Loved the new decor, the swimming pool, just being there again. Friendly staff made us feel so welcome and at home.

Hotel Atlantis is very conveniently located. It is close to shops and restaurants as well as public busses. The front desk staff is friendly and extremely helpful and kind. The view of the sunset is amazing from the pool area!! A big plus!
We were upgraded to a balcony room. There was no need to go to Oia to see the sunset. You could relax in the comfort of your balcony to see it. We used the pool which was nice and the breakfast was plentiful and convenient. The Atlantis is the only hotel we noticed in Santorini with a large lobby with amazing views. Free wi-fi was great as well.

Our stay was very personalized. Whatever we requested the staff delivered in a timely fashion except that breakfast was a slow process with only one waiter serving everyone in the dining area. The hotel was wonderful in providing information and any type of service requested whether it was a taxi or recommendation for dinner...
The location couldn't be better, but the hotel is quite aged and in urgent need of remodeling. It's ok for practical reasons and for spectacular views.
The Atlantis Hotel was probably the best place I could have chosen for this trip. I was with 2 friends, and we all absolutely loved it. First of all, it is centrally located in Fira. Right next to all the shops and restaurants, and the bus that takes you to all the beaches in Santorini. The view was INCREDIBLE. Just unreal and breathtaking. The staff was also amazing, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The free breakfast was so good fresh eggs, bacon, thick toast, jams, fruit, coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice every morning, with great service of course! The hotel was also extremely clean, and we had full maid service every day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will probably stay here again if I ever return to Santorini!
No better place for adventuring etc. Perfect location. Not the best if all you want to do is lay out at the pool in the sun. Other places are better suited for that.
