Hi there, welcome to our house is located in a quiet and convenient Bayview neighborhood in San Francisco. This location is very walkable, so daily errands do not require a car. We just remodeled this 2B1B unit in our single-family house on the 2nd floor.

We are 5 mins to Freeway 101 & 280, which takes you to Downtown SF and SFO in 15 mins! Bus stops 54 & 91 & TBUS are one block away.
The space
This is a private unit with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor of our residential house. A
We have 2 single beds in room 1, and a double bed in room 2, and there's a sofa bed for additional guests in the living room. There is a full kitchen with utensils provided and a dining counter with it.
Guest access
A lot of restaurants and cafes, and supermarkets are within walking distance of the 3rd street, so you don't need a car to live in this neighborhood.

A bus stop is right at the corner for Bus 54, 91, and TBUS.

Sleepless nights
The unit we stayed in had a bad smell that we couldn't get to go away. There isn't a thermostat, so there was no way to adjust the temperature, so hopefully you like whatever temperature the unit is. The walls are very thin, and we were able to hear everything in the adjacent unit. Unfortunately, our neighbors liked to be up at all hours of the night and were very loud. With the next-door neighbors, the frequent sound of gunshots and people from the neighborhood yelling to each other, we didn't get much sleep. Also, there is only a single keypad door lock and no additional keyless bolting lock. I am also fairly certain the same code is used for all the units. We ended up bracing a chair under the door handle to prevent someone from entering and someone did try to get in, I think it was our neighbors, but I was grateful we at least had the chair to prevent them from coming in.

Plenty of space for our needs
My daughters and I needed a bit of space to pack up before flying out and this home was perfect for that. It was clean and had quite easy access to popular SF sites. Parking turned out to be no problem at all on the street out front. :-)

Good Home Base
This was a clean, two room location. Easy parking, which is nice in San Francisco. It was a good home base to explore the city. The kitchen is stocked with the utensils needed to cook. The bathroom works well. The neighborhood is quiet enough for sleeping. The owner was very communicative and courteous. If there could be an improvement, it would be a television, but we weren't spending a lot of time in the VRBO as we wanted to see the city.

House was cute and clean
We were impressed with this vrbo. The one thing I will say is parking is definitely an issue! There are no signs stating " No Parking" and spots are hard to find. We parked across the street and my friends car got towed! $650 dollar fine. I think maybe post on site where you can and can't park. City considered spot a "driveway" but it definitely wasn't one. Nothing against the owners or house, it was great, but parking is definitely an issue!!
