The Lady checked me in was FD manager and she put me in noisy room , I requested for room change next morning and then she put me in the room as far as possible from my convention when she know I wated to be at the other side of the property. Some people use their authority to help guests and some do use it to make others feel small and she is one of these kind I felt. Not a best fit for hospitality industry.

Run down, dirty, ugly property. The website makes it look so nice but we were so disappointed! Always smelled of straight marijuana in the hallways and slightly was leaking into our room throughout the night. Room was just ok. Bathroom was the tiniest bathroom I have ever experience in a hotel. Staff was nice but would never ever stay here again.

I liked the property. The room could have been located better. They could have put me by the pool with an outside sitting area. I was way far away. I would stay there again but would want better accommodations. The front office person should put you in the best room possible. She never asked me about location of the room THanks Harry
