The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all, it was an excellent stay.

Comfort Inn contacted me and said that I did not have a room for my 4 day stay. The said there was a glitch at orbits and the reservation did not come through. They were 6 rooms overbooked. First experience with Orbitz. I'm afraid to ever use it again. Nancy Reed
We enjoyed the facility and breakfast
Fairly new facility with good sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Decent hot breakfast. Good coffee available all day long. We would have rated this facility five stars for its price range but the heat/ac unit in our room (223) was broken, it would only run on high speed and sounded like a small jet engine when it did. The very pleasant desk clerk indicated management was aware of it and they had repair parts on order for that unit and several others with similar problems. Overall, we were very happy with our stay there and would stay there again when in Salisbury.
The hotel is next to the interstate. The noise kept me awake most of the night. I should have asked for a room on the other side.
We booked 1 night to visit the Polar Express, our tickets were at 8:30pm. Highly visiting. We got back to the room at 10:45, ready to wind down

The bathroom smelled like smoke, the bed was a brick and we heard every truck that passed by on the interstate. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a blender with no bearings. The outlet on the left side of the bed needed repair. We had to use an extension cord for cpap. Staff was pleasant and room looked good. Just had all these other issues. For the money give it a pass.
Clean Hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was good and had a good selection. The room was comfortable but could use a better chair to sit in.

We went to the Transportation museum and needed some where to stay close by. I chose this one because it had a pool for my son and I and a couch for my husband which can not lie down to sleep. It was very clean and quiet. The only minus is that we forgot our candy in the refrigerator.
Hotel room decor is very dated. There was mold in the bathroom grout. There is no WiFi available at the hotel. For $130.00 a night I expect a lot more. Staff was very friendly though.
