Staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast was good, great coffee, clean and comfortable room. I’d definitely stay there again!
Staff at check in was not friendly and Staff in the morning was very rude, breakfast was disappointing. We will not be returning.
Lots of things were broken in the room. The door stuck, so you would have to shove it open. The sheer was broken. The shower faucet was loose as well as the electrical outlet in the bathroom. I did inform the staff of this when I checked out. I stayed in room 203.

The halls and room smells like piss from the pets owners brought on the property.

Clean and nice looking. Comfortable. Checking in and checking out had to wait for Clark since there was no one at the desk. Walls are very thin can hear your neighbors talking.
Very nice place, close to shopping mall and surrounded by restaurants. Feels very safe too with police making rounds in the area.
Mixed Bag - Personally Would Avoid Next Time Pros - Great front desk staff, good lighting at the desk in the room Cons - Repair staff coming to the room (with occupants) with no masks on during Covid, noisy AC which was supposedly new, door handles that require "a special approach", a business center with no computers or printers...
I loved this hotel but the parking and the WiFi was terrible and I wish I was a smart tv in the room also so I could at least add my Netflix
This hotel is somewhat unusual in that it's situated in a busy mixed-use strip mall (which ca ncomplicate the parking situation somewhat) but once you enter it's a different (and much nicer) world. The room was very large, well maintained and had everything you need for a long stay. Shame I was only staying one night!
