Neighborhood seemed safe. The negative is that we added another night and we were told we couldn’t book directly through them. We had to go onto the website that we booked and reserve online only. What an inconvenience to have to go online to book just 1 more night. Why not just charge me an extra night? Doesn’t make any sense at all. Late night employees were lazy and not very friendly.
It was clean, the building was new, the room was spacious and comfortable for two of us with a couch and pull out tables that made it feel homier.

Not a family friendly hotel! If you have kids please don’t stay here. We booked this hotel based on other reviews and the newness of the hotel. I wish we hadn’t. This hotel is located in a seedy part of Sacramento and next to dive motels and trailer parks. The front doors to the hotel are kept locked to keep non hotel staying people out - homeless and bums. Once inside it is new and clean. The staff was very friendly. The parking lot was pretty full so we had to park in the back and there were kids partying by the cars. We didn’t feel safe leaving our car there or staying in the hotel. I rated this hotel the lowest in all categories even thought the hotel was clean and the staff were nice because I wanted this review to show the lowest rating possible to warn families not to stay here. The location is terrible and feels very unsafe. There are better options in the Sacramento area.
