I frequently visit close family who reside in the area and this Best Western has become my first choice for a mid-range option. This is my fourth time staying and the staff is always responsive and professional.
The check in representative was so nice and helpful! With you walk in the hotel it smelled so clean and everything nice! A few old hairs in the bathroom little nasty but other than that, everything else was nice and clean

It was fine. Walls a bit thin, but guests were generally respectful. The person checking us in gave us keys but the wrong room number, went back got new keys, guy in the room finally came out to see what was going on, went back again and got it straightened out. The kid was scatterbrained but friendly. Room was good, nothing special but comfortable.
The main attraction was the feral cat population outside of the facility. We booked a room with dogs, and believe that the room may have had fleas, as we are vigilant in the prevention with our pets, but we woke up with flea bites! The neigbhors were loud, but we could not hear them inside. the adjacent guests kept us awake in the middle of the night. The bed is right next to the airconditioner and had no blankets so we froze, since it was 90 degrees and had to have air conditioning going.
Ceilings were seriously water damaged
I live in Ohio, and my family lives in Vermont. This was the perfect half way stopping point. Very easy access off 90, with lots of restaurants, but plenty far away that there was no road traffic. It’s in a very quiet area. The manager was extremely helpful as I had booked myself to stay on the wrong date, and arrived late in the evening. They were able to get my reservation changed and still accommodate me. The lobby and room were very clean. Because of Covid precautions breakfast was to-go and you could choose from an assortment of non-hot items. I would absolutely stay here again. (My only suggestion would be to convert the curtains, though there are white blackout curtains, they still allow a lot of light to filter in.)
