Over all a pleasant stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was comfortable. Wish they offered mini fridge and microwave but no big deal. Gave a cell phone to use around the area which i thought was a nice gesture. Convenient to walk to most places

Better places to stay..
Hotel is central with no parking, they suggest a pay car park but another 100m away free on street parking. Room ok but TV didn’t work and very poor at sorting out. Not interested in feedback at checkout, said “ so do I just give feedback online “. When at checkout they said all paid… I pointed out on first night TV didn’t work, person from reception came quickly to check agreed didn’t work then said would change TV .. I said I would go for a beer at bar.. no communication for 30 minutes, when back to room found a TV off wall on my bed. Person came back said didn’t work, I said I would just go to bed.. pointed out in morning tv still not working .. was going out for breakfast… came back 3 hours later TV on wall basin channels but no hotel info and not working properly.. knock at door to say have someone to fix TV leave room again.. come back 4 hours later no improvement still basic channels no hotel info. No apology from hotel, they just got an extra beer when I left the room for them to sort which they didn’t do.

Hotel Alda was in a great location and the room was exactly what we needed! You could walk easily to shops and restaurants, and the staff was nice and made checkin super easy. Would skip on the breakfast though...it was just fine and there are plenty of awesome bakeries around that are better.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and in a central location. The bus stop to my excursions was a four minute walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly and they held my luggage until I was able to check in. A great experience overall
